Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes between 4–10 business days, depending on your country and city. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing and local courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
